Questions and Answers (FAQ)

Hold your unlocked smartphone near the area on the product that is specially marked for activation. Using NFC technology – familiar from contactless payment – your smartphone communicates directly with the product and automatically opens a pop-up in the default browser to access the bonus content.
NFC (Near Field Communication) is a technology that enables data to be transferred wirelessly over a very short distance of just a few centimeters between your smartphone and the product with digital bonus content. A simple touch or bringing your phone close to the marked spot on the product is enough to access exclusive bonus content – no app required, quick and secure.
    For iPhone (from model XS):

    Unlock the device
Hold the top part of your iPhone over the marked chip
Tap the notification on the screen – the browser opens automatically

ℹ️ Older iPhones (e.g. iPhone 7/8) may require an NFC app from the App Store.

    For Android devices:

Make sure NFC is enabled in the settings (usually under “Connections” or “Wireless & Networks”)
Hold your smartphone over the marked area
If prompted, select the desired browser – and you’re ready to go

📌 Note: On some devices (e.g. Samsung) the NFC reader is located in the middle of the device – on some models, it can also be near the camera.
iPhone: The NFC sensor is usually located at the top edge. Hold the top of your iPhone close to the center of the marked spot on the product.

Samsung & many Android devices: The chip is usually located either in the middle on the back or near the camera. Hold the phone against the marked area on the product.
Ideally, the phone should already be unlocked (especially with Samsung devices). The camera is not used – this is not like scanning a QR code.

Hold the device as directly as possible – and if it doesn’t work right away, try without a case – against the marked spot on your product. No special action is required, just close proximity. A pop-up will appear on your smartphone that lets you open the content in your default browser (see also the video presentation above).
No, the bonus content opens automatically in your phone’s default browser.
Check whether NFC is enabled in the settings. Sometimes a thick protective case or too much distance can prevent detection.

Hold the phone correctly – for iPhone at the top, for Samsung usually in the middle on the back or near the camera. Ideally, the device should be unlocked.
